Attorney with over 14 years of legal experience, specializing in family disputes since 2014. Managing Partner at MAKMEL Law Firm since 2016, PhD researcher in civil and family procedural law.
Specializes in divorce (including 100% remote online proceedings without court attendance), marital property division, alimony enforcement, prenuptial agreements, and parental rights defense. Personally managed nearly 2,500 cases across Ukraine (court rulings in the public register →).
Prior to focusing on family law, built an extensive practice in banking and corporate law: managed legal departments at OTP Bank PJSC and OTP Factoring Ukraine LLC, handling multi-million-hryvnia transactions and international tenders. This expertise enables effective resolution of complex cases at the intersection of family law and business — including division of corporate rights, LLC shares, and sole proprietorship (FOP) assets.
